The Easter Parade

Every year this deeply religious festival takes place throughout the really narrow Albox streets and I was lucky to photograph it in 2015. I believe the procession lasts for around 5 hours and covers some 7 to 8 kilometers. Consider that on those poor feet, especially the girls in those high heels and in the Spanish heat. We literally stumbled on it when we were going to do some shopping, but this was an opportunity not to be missed, however I only had a point and shoot camera with me but managed to get some telling shots.
